I have been gifted a ticket. How do I redeem it?
You are not able to book online in advance with these tickets, they are good any day. Please visit us any day that we are open and simply present the ticket or voucher.
How do I redeem an Early Bird Ticket?
You are not able to book online in advance and do not need to select a date and time to visit, these tickets are good any day. Please visit us any day that we are open (expect Walk Only Nights) and simply present the your ticket.
Do I need to be vaccinated to visit Gift of Lights?
You are not required to be vaccinated to visit Gift of Lights as you are in the comfort of your own vehicle and during walk nights you are walking through a large outdoor space.
Do I need to wear a mask at Gift of Lights?
You are not required to wear a mask as you are in the comfort of your own vehicle. However for walk only nights you are required to wear a mask.

It is the largest drive thru Holiday Light Display in Southwestern Ontario!

Gift of Lights is located at Bingemans at 425 Bingemans Centre Dr. Kitchener, Ontario. Enter through the Camping entrance.

Is Gift of Lights open on holidays (such as Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day)?
Yes, Gift of Lights is open on all holidays, please see above for hours.

How can I avoid long lines at the entrance?
Generally, weekdays are less busy than weekends, to avoid long lines please consider visiting Gift of Lights from Monday through Thursday.
Is there holiday music to listen to throughout the Tour?
Yes! Simply tune into Gift of Lights Radio at 103.3 FM.
Are there any other activities to do at Gift of Lights?
Yes! You are welcome to visit Boston Pizza Kingpin Bowlounge or GameworX Arcade at FunworX. All of which are located at Bingemans. Please check these facilities for hours of operation as they can differ from Gift of Lights.
Can I park and walk through Gift of Lights?
The drive thru is designed for you to enjoy the lights and displays from the comfort of your vehicle, walking is only permitted on our special walk only event nights on November 28, December 13 and January 2.
November 28, December 13 & January 2 are Walk Only Nights
Driving through in vehicles will not be permitted on these dates. Tickets are $10.00 per person (3yrs and under are free) online only in advance. Children 3 and under will still require a ticket to account for them in your group. Please see the website for our Partners on each of the dates. 50% of proceeds will be donated to our partners for their specific night.
Guests will purchase their tickets online. You will choose a specific date and time. This allows our guests to feel confident that we are providing appropriate physical distancing and allows us the opportunity to manage and control attendance levels as we are operating at a reduced capacity.
Will there be restrooms available, if needed?
Yes, restrooms will be available for your use at the entry point.
How long does it take to go the entire Gift of Lights experience?
Approximately 20 minutes but be prepared for longer visit on peak nights.
Can I pass other vehicles while going through Gift of Lights?
We ask that you be courteous of other vehicles around you and that you do not pass. We also ask that you do not exceed the speed limit of 10km/hr. Stopping is also not permitted anywhere throughout the displays including at the tunnel.

I am bringing a group on a bus; will I need to wait in line with the general public to enter?
No, we are pleased to offer buses a priority access lane to enter Gift of Lights.
Is Gift of Lights accessible?
Yes, as Gift of Lights is a drive-thru experience, visitors do not need to leave the comfort of their vehicles.
What else should I know to help make the most of our Gift of Lights experience?
Absolutely no alcohol is permitted while visiting Gift of Lights.
