How to Enter
- To qualify to enter, log onto www.bingemans.com from October 31, 2012 to June 1st, 2013 and register for the Kingpin Bowlounge contest at contest@bingemans.com. Register and check in daily to get one contest entry per day per household. A fully completed on-line entry form will constitute one (1) entry into the contest.
- An entrant under the age of 13 must have the consent of his/her parent or legal guardian to submit their personal information in order to enter the contest. The parent or legal guardian must complete all of the required fields on the relevant portion of the web entry form, including his/her name and e-mail address. If a parent or legal guardian does not provide consent, the entry will be disqualified. Information obtained for this contest will be used to conduct this contest and update Kingpin Bowlounge customers on upcoming events and promotions.
Prizes
- The Grand Prize includes VIP access for the winner and 9 friends, 3 hours free bowling including shoe rentals and a Boston Pizza Party Pack.
- A random draw from all eligible web entries received before the contest closing date will take place on June.2, 2012 in Kitchener, Ontario. Chances of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible web entries received. The selected Grand Prize web entrant will be notified by telephone. In the event that a selected entrant cannot be contacted by phone or mail, after three (3) attempts within twenty-one (21) days of prize notification sent by mail, Bingemans Inc. reserves the right to randomly select another entrant.
Eligibility
- To be eligible, each entrant must have completed the on-line entry form. All Grand Prize winners will be required to sign a declaration and release form, releasing the contest sponsors from all liability. If the winner is under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must sign the declaration and release and accept the prize on his/her behalf.
- The contest is open to residents of Ontario, except employees, representatives, and agents of Bingemans Inc., their advertising and promotional agencies and the independent contest judging organization and all those with whom they are domiciled. By entering, contestants agree to abide by the contest rules and decisions of the contest judging organization, which shall be final. This contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial, and Municipal laws and regulations. If it is discovered in the ordinary course of running the promotion that one person has attempted to enter more than five times per day, that person will be disqualified from the contest.
- All entries become the property of Bingemans Inc. and will not be returned. Each prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable or convertible to cash. Maximum one contest prize per household. Bingemans Inc. reserves the right to substitute any portion of the prize with one of equal or greater value. By accepting the prizes, the winners (or their parents/legal guardians) also agree to the use of their name, and photograph in any related publicity without further compensation and agree that Bingemans Inc. shall not be responsible or liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from participating in this contest or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize.
- No responsibility will be taken for any failure of the website or broadcast during the promotion or for any problems or technical malfunction of computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail, on-line, or Internet entry to be received by Bingemans Inc., on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion. Bingemans Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this contest should a virus, bug or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Bingemans Inc. corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Bingemans Inc. reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way.
