What is Jingle Bell Rock?

I have been gifted a ticket. How do I redeem it?

You do not need to book online in advance with these tickets, they are good any day. Please visit us any day that we are open and simply present the ticket or voucher.

How do I redeem an Early Bird Ticket?

You do not need to book online in advance with these tickets, they are good for any day. Please visit us any day that we are open (expect Walk Only Nights) and simply present your ticket.

Where is Jingle Bell Rock located?

Jingle Bell Rock is located at Bingemans at 425 Bingemans Centre Dr. Kitchener, Ontario. Enter through the FunworX Entrance and it is located outside in the Event Square behind Boston Pizza/Kingpin

Is Jingle Bell Rock an outdoor event?

Yes, Jingle Bell Rock is outside, please dress for the weather.

When is Jingle Bell Rock open?

Is Jingle Bell Rock open on holidays (such as Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day)?

Yes, Jingle Bell Rock is open on all holidays, please see above for hours.

Can I buy Tickets at the Door?

We encourage you to purchase tickets in advance online. Tickets are available at the door, at a slightly higher cost.

Are there any group rates available?

There are group rates available to group sizes of 25 or more individuals. Please contact group sales at 519-744-1555 or giftoflights@bingemans.com.

How do I do both Gift of Lights and Jingle Bell Rocks?

Buy your timed ticket for Gift of Lights first and then join us for Jingle Bell Rock and make it a fun night out!

Does Jingle Bell Rock have Food and Beverages?

Food and Beverages will be available for purchase on-site. We will be serving hot and cold seasonal beverages, there will also be seasonal alcoholic drinks for purchase for those 19+ years of age at one of our Holiday Bars. Boston Pizza is also available for dining options as well as FunworX for quick service food and beverage options.

Does Jingle Bell Rock have Restrooms?

Yes, there are bathrooms located in FunworX

Is there Parking at Jingle Bell Rock?

Yes, enter the FunworX and Boston Pizza/Kingpin Entrance from Bingemans Centre Drive, free parking is plentiful.

What is the Refund Policy?

All tickets are non-refundable.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

We encourage you to have your digital ticket ready for scanning, or alternatively print a copy of your ticket for scanning upon arrival.

Can I bring my dog to Jingle Bell Rock?

Only service animals are permitted at Jingle Bell Rock

Is Smoking Permitted on the Grounds?

Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere in the Event Space.

What happens if there is severe weather?

The event will operate in all weather, i.e. rain, snow. We will only close the event if the grounds are deemed unsafe due to severe weather conditions or damage to our infrastructure. Tickets are non-refundable, but in an emergency closure scenario, we will make every effort to exchange your tickets for another available date.

Are dogs permitted at Jingle Bell Rock?

For the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, dogs are not permitted at Jingle Bell Rock with the exception of service animals. We do have 3 walk thru nights at Gift of Lights that are dog friendly though!
